I borrowed a dvd of the animated film, The Book Of Life from the library, and I love it!
The character designs are marvelous, the story was wonderful, and it charmed my socks off! :):)
One of the best animated films of the past several years , and certainly the best non-Aardman. Great look and character design, and a plot that wasn’t just a rehash of the usual.
There were plans for two sequels, but I don’t think that will happen.
Any fan of animation should check it out.
This is a real gem of a movie. Beautiful.
