It seems that the gun debate revolves around the arguements of what the 2nd Admendment means and what the Framers ment when they wrote it. But of course we can’t ask them what they ment or what they think of the new gun tech that developed in the years since.

All we need to do is get that John Edwards guy to settle this thing once and for all.

And I think the way to settle this gun thing (far from original) is to make all ammo prohibitively expensive.

Zebra and Scott: I think the way to stop the gun debates is to solve the social problems that turn people toward violence, and leave the tools out ot it.

Sure, solving social issues won’t get you re-elected and it’s harder to do than to pass meaningless laws; but banning guns isn’t going to fix anything.

If I were to call upon John Edward, I’d like him to conjure up some of the ancient Egyptians and answer the mysteries of the Great Pyramids once and for all. He can talk to people who’ve been dead that long, can’t he? (Pshaw!)
