Double Crap…it only takes PayPal…is there another way to use my Credit Card?
Anything you say? Well then surely I could get a custom title and have it be Charter Member. Haha! The day is mine! 
There used to be a sticky on how to use your CC with PayPal. Not seeing it now though. I think you used to start the process as if you were using pp, but there was an option for just using a cc.
I just went through PayPal to use the CC…all is good now…just want my Charter Member Title back…PLEASEOHPLEASEOHPLEASEOHPLEASEOHOHOHPLEASEPLEASEPLEASE!!!
There’s a big box that says “your paypal account.”
On the same page is a little box that whispers “use your credit card.”
PayPal is the processing mechanism but you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
You do not have to involve signing in to PayPal at all. Just click on the credit card box when you see it. (You may have to squint to find it, though.)
Have to be a subscribing Member first. AND custom titles must be approved, just like names.

It is unfortunate you weren’t on the scene when the Custom Member invite came down – like we said at the time “if you miss it I feel sorry, sorry for you.”
We do appreciate everyone who subscribes, at whatever level.
And you could buy yourself a custom title and style yourself as something really fancy and wonderful and appropriate for you

Not only did we send email before your subscription expired, renewing Charter Member subscriptions has been a topic of conversation on this board for the last month at least and maybe longer.
There’s been announcements about it on top of every forum area, not just About This Message Board.
And this resubscription thing happens every year about this time – though you can check the status of your subscription at any time from the User Control Panel, the same place you go to renew your subscription.
**You can also renew your subsription – ANY subscription, not just Charter Member subscriptions – they can be renewed at any time. You do not lose a minute of your subscription time by resubscribing before the expiration date. The additional time is merely added to what is already in the system – it just rolls on. **
If you go ahead and resubscribe I can restore your Charter Member status.

Mine lapsed quite some time ago.
I suppose the e-mail came on time & w/e. It was quite a busy time in my life.
By the time I found it, it was too late. So I haven’t bothered to subscribe again.
The charter member tag was the only reason I had to re-sub.
Since the tag was not available, I said, “Ah, well.” And that was that.
But I’d be willing to get back on the hook if the option of getting the title back were available.

You can use your credit card. Go to the small link on the page that says “pay by credit card,” not the huge block that says “Use Paypal.”
Oh, and before you go, check your PMs.

I have even tried using ctrl+f and am getting no hits for “cred”

I tried again with IE and Firefox.
hmmm.
So I click the “Order using Paypal” button to pay with a credit card.
That’s not very intuitive, imho.
