I like tacos...

…they’re really quite good.

yum

I love every bit of Mexican food I ever tasted!

…especially if well seasoned like a good cook should!

There’s a little Mexican place near me that serves all the tacos you can eat for five dollars and change.

Best damn soft chicken tacos I’ve ever had.

And I’ve been eating tacos, since I was just a lad.

Or grilled over fires made out of wood!

Sometimes I’ll put ketchup on my tacos instead of taco sauce. It’s good! ;j

Ummm, this isn’t one of those sexual innuendos is it? You are talking about corn tacos fried so they’re crunchy, right?

Oh.
[Heads back outside]

Regular tacos. No innuendo. :dubious:

I tried a fish taco last week. Regular taco shell, seasoned fish chunks, cabbage, tomato and salsa. I detest cabbage so I got one with lettuce instead. It wasn’t too bad but I doubt I will eat another.

My first wife’s grandmother made the best taco. A roast beef was slowly cooked and shredded and seasoned just right. Homemade tortilla’s and beans, cheese and the world’s best salsa. She worked as a cook to a Mexican ranch owner for many years till she emigrated to the US in the early 60’s. I loved her cooking.

And tomorrow’s Taco tuesday at Tacotime!

YUM!

Stufy’s makes some good chicken tacos. Fresh chicken, tomatoes and lettuce all over the place, and chile so hot it literally makes your ears burn. You don’t get them like that at Taco Bell.

We ran out of bread so I thought I would put my fried egg in a taco shell - Bad. Bad. idea.

However taco with spicy taco sauce yummy

Yeah! I really only like Mexican food spicy, (not Chinese, not anything else) but I like Mexican food HOT AS HELL! Gimme jalepenos AND Frank’s Red Hot Sauce!

“Taco Flavored Kisses” by J.Lo of South Park:

“Tacos! Must obey the taco man…I need tacos! I must have tacos or I will explode (that happens to me sometimes).”

A good shredded beef (or pork) hard shell yellow corn tortilla taco is one of the finest foods a person can possibly eat. Few other dishes can approach the simultaneous simplicity and flavorful complexity of a taco. I have loved them since I was a child and will continue to eat them until the end of my days. I cannot imagine life without tacos. Tomorrow, Del Taco (blasphemy, I know) has tacos priced at three for a dollar and I may have to go eat twenty of them just for fun. Tacos rule!

I’ve always found the crunchy taco to be… wrong. My family–four generations in the Rio Grande valley (until I was born!)–only fried the corn tortillas lightly, just a couple of seconds on each side. Let them drain and use the now-softened corn tortillas to wrap a true soft taco. Down with flour tortillas (unless you’re making a burrito)!

Tacos are just alright.
