Make some brie en croute. You can google fancy recipes but basically…
Get a tube of crescent roll dough, a brie, some jam*, and some egg wash. Roll out dough, place on baking sheet. Center brie. Top with enough jam to coat. Wrap the dough over top, egg wash, and bake till done. Serve with crackers.
What kind of jam? That’s your call. We’ve used fig, caramelized onion, and more. If you’re super fancy, use puff pastry instead of crescent roll dough and make a fancy pattern on top. But the gooey brie is what steals the show.
