"I liked the episode where..." Game

You have to describe the episode you like in such a manner that no one could possible tell which one it was. I’ll give some examples.

I liked the episode of Star Trek TOS with the guy with pointy ears in a blue shirt.

Remember the Roadrunner cartoon where the Coyote got something from ACME that didn’t work for him? I liked that one.

Is that the one where the guy in the red shirt gets killed and Kirk violates the Prime Directive? I love that one.

The one where Superman saved Lois Lane was great.

I liked that episode of Friends where they were watching Three’s Company and Chandler said “Wait, I think this is the episode with some sort of misunderstanding.”

Then there’s that episode of Gilligan’s Island where someone lands on the island but leaves without the Castaways for selfish reasons. I saw it after that episode of Law and Order where they arrested the wrong person at first.

The one where Columbo said, “Just one more thing.”

The one where T. J. Hooker flipped a police cruiser.

The one where ALF chased Lucky the cat.

The one where Archie Bunker said, “Get out of my chair!”

The one where someone tried to take off the Lone Ranger’s mask.

My favorite was that one in Hawaii Five-O, where Steve says, “Book him, Dano”. Murder one."

How about the time Frasier Crane met a girl he really liked and did something that totally fucked up their relationship?

Or when Old Leadbottom finally had the goods on McHale and his pirates, but they managed to wiggle out of it?

Or the time on Combat! when a replacement was the first guy to be killed at the start of the episode?

I really liked that episode of Seinfeld where everyone was a real loser and the individual stories all came together at the end.

Also, the episode of Time Tunnel where silver-skinned aliens were responsible for the crisis of the week. Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea had one like that too.

How about the episode of That Girl where Don Hollinger was 100% pussy-whipped?

I liked the episode of House where the lead character was kind of a dick but, in the end, figured out what was wrong with the mysteriously ill patient.

Remember that time the passenger on The Pacific Princess fell in love with that other passenger?

And then there was that time Al Bundy’s hopes that his life might improve were dashed via a selfish act by Peggy, Kelly, and Bud.

And who can forget when Hawkeye and BJ exposed Frank’s incompetence?

I remember that episode of Three’s Company when Jack and Janet overheard Chrissy on the phone, and thought she was up to something scandalous. But then it turned out to be totally innocent.

The best episode of House was when the team misdiagnosed lupus, but House, after acting like a total ass for 55 minutes, got it right from some obscure clue in the end.

I like that Donald Bellisario show where the lead character is a super-competent white male with a connection to the military, and there’s that one older guy who’s a bit of a stick-in-the-mud, and the rest of the hero’s team are kind of jerkish or geeky but they come through for him in the end. Which one was that?

God, I loved that one!
