Remember the episode where Charlie banged a hooker, Alan whined about his alimony, and Jake said something precocious and dirty? It was the same one where Judith threatened to call her attorney and Bertha said “I’m not cleanin’ that up!”
I really liked that episode of The Monkees when they played a song and all kinds of crazy stuff happened around them.
I love it when shows do musical episodes, like that episode of Glee. You know, the one where members of the school choir performed several popular songs. There was also big romantic drama and Jane Lynch made some really cutting remarks.
I liked the episode of*** 'Allo, 'Allo*** where Michelle said “Listen carefully: I am only going to say this once,” and Rene called his wife a “stupid woman.”
I liked the episode of Happy Days when Fonzie stuck his thumbs in the air and said, “AYYYYYYYY!” Then he told Ralph to sit on it.
Then there was that time on Quantum Leap when Sam was in danger, but Al could only stand by and watch helplessly because he wasn’t actually physically present where Sam was.
ETA: Also that time on the Odd Couple when Felix kept saying “Oscar, Oscar, Oscar” in a disappointed tone of voice.
I just LOVED the episode of Faulty Towers where Basil got pissed at Sybil, and then took it out on Manuel.
At night.
The only episode ofGilligan’s Island I remember ended with them not getting off the island. Anyone else see that one?
I also recall an episode of Mission: Impossible where the IMF busted some dude while blowing his mind and the black guy (Greg Morris) was stuck in some shitty location hacking an electrical system.
And then there was that episode of Ironside that had a title sequence where he was shot, fell to the ground and belatedly flapped his arm. That was a really good one.
My favorite episode of Dragnet was based on a real case and had Jack Webb delivering a righteous speech to some ordinary criminal who was sent to jail at the end. I think all the real names were changed.
And I will never forget the episode of Scooby Doo where the gang was investigating a haunted house that turned out to be a ruse run by a crooked real estate developer. That one really stood out from the others.
Yeah, the one where they thought for sure they’d get off the island but it was ruined by an innocent-but-stupid mistake Gilligan made.
I loved that Sienfeld episode where someone told an expedient lie and they had to follow through with the consequences of that lie.
Speaking of title sequences…the episode of Six Feet Under where somebody died in the beginning was fantastic!

I love the Hallmark Channel show where the woman and man don’t know each other but have situations that have them fall in love.
I liked the episode of Emergency! where Dr. Brackett defibrillated someone.
I liked the episode of Married…with Children where Al Bundy made fun of a fat lady.
I liked the episode of The Americans where Phillip wore his dumb-looking Clark Westerfeld wig.
Oh man!
How 'bout that Game of Thrones episode where that actually showed a woman’s bare breasts!
Remember the time Eddie said flattering things to Mrs Cleaver?
The one when the woman from the French Resistance said " Listen very carefully; I shall say this only once."?
Wasn’t there one where a woman couldn’t pronounce “bucket” properly.
My favorite episode of The Sopranos was the one where Tony and crew whacked a rat.
And what was that detective show that had that great banter between the black guy and the white guy? Some Law & Order franchise? Barney Miller? In the Heat of the Night? It was one of those.
I think it was that show set in Boston, you know the one.
Which was really shot in Vancouver. ![]()
