The boards haven’t been this alive in years, and I’m not just referring to the Pit. Now it’s all gone. 
It reminded me of something I learned about in animation school: that after the Disney animators finished Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, they were so wound up and overworked that they went out to some desert motel and basically had a multi-day orgy. And then denied everythig afterwards.
We had some equivalent threads.
I printed out the post-in-any-language thread to save it. 
I missed the memo about the free for all being ephemeral. I went back to see where some of the threads I posted in had gone, and they had gone.
I wish I’d have had more time, but I didn’t.
