I’ve always liked Mike Oldfield’s “Tubular Bells”, which the intro that was used as the opening for the original Exorcist. Also, there’s the classical piece by Hector Belioz that was used as the intro to Kubrick’s “The Shining”, from “Symphonie Fantistique”. The actual piece is “Dreams of a witches sabbath”. It is fairly creepy.
