I have been going back and forth with Ed Hamrick, the developer, for months and while he responds very fast, he responds very inadequately. He just says choose this, press that and ignores my repeated pleas for help understanding what his software is doing.
It’s generally great software, I just want to be able to batch scan without it being a nightmare. If it’s a nightmare, it undermines the goal.
It’s very difficult to efficiently describe what I’m having trouble with, especially if I don’t know if I"m going to find any Vuescan experts to help me.
So first I’d like to know if anyone is very comfortable with batch scanning (particularly in the Mac version) and understands how it works, what the software is doing. If so, I’d love your help understanding it myself, please, so wave if that’s you!
