I need help with an address

I have traced a person to a phone number of where they live in Alberta - I need the mailing address, but it isnt listed. I have found the postal code, but a search through canada post leaves me with a range of PO boxes from 1-1500 on 2 rural routes.

As some of you might remember, my Mother is terminally ill. She greatly wishes (as do I) that Frankie had my last name - he doesnt. I cant have it changed until I can serve his father with papers.

If I thought I had time, I would just wait the jerk out - he will resurface eventually. But we just dont have the time.

Can anyone help me?
Thanks.

kelli,

Try www.reversedirectory.net. They link to a couple of services to lookup addresses based on phone number. I’m not sure if it works for Canada, but it’s worth a shot.

Infospace Canada: Reverse Lookup

If it is a rural area, you might just call the postmaster and say that you’re trying to get a letter to John Doe, can he (the postmaster) give you the address.

Or, you might just call and ask him what his address is. Tell him it’s for some new school requirement where they require addresses for all concerned parties for a child.

Thanks guys.

Those sights were able to give me a mao of the area, but still no address. The postmaster idea is good though.

Sadly tomndebb, he wont give me an address, he is 6 months behind in his child support. :frowning:

This isnt a revenge thing, I dont care about the money anymore. I just want BOTH my boys to have my last name. I dont want Frankie to feel he is less a part of me than his brother is.

I will try the postmaster thing.

One of the tricks that I use is I have someone call for me & give some story that would require the person who answers to give an address. You know, KB, pretend you are someone, ummm, important or work for a utility comp. Be clever, youll think of something. If someone called you, what question could they ask you that would have you give them your address?
