Preferring one imperfect solution while acknowledging its imperfections is not what a racist does. A racial supremacist prefers social structures that allow members of their group to obtain and hold disproportionate power at the expense of other racial groups, including racial groups that are currently subject to other systemic racial oppression. And I’m not seeing a lot of daylight, in this case, between the “racial supremacist” position you hold and a racist position.
It’s possible to oppose the new proposal without descending into racism. You fail to do so.

I am not the one treating anyone as a stereotype. Citing race based data is not stereotypoing. it’s data. Saying that asians already have enough so we can take from them to give to blacks (and whites and hispanics) is stereotyping.
