Wierdly, that text is tagged as code, specifically SQL. (the block is delimited by “```sql” and “```” )
I don’t like what Discourse does with the text - non-breaking, etc, but it is doing what it is intended to do. Why someone would tag non-SQL code like that I don’t know - it’s not as if there’s much code posted here!
