Oh look, this idiot started a thread in a forum where everyone can say what they really think. Good job, OP, you’re a dumbass.
Count calories. Move more. That’s it, doofus.
nevermind
So you’re disagreeing with DrFidelius too? That isn’t what he said that I should try for 3 weeks.
There’s no way for us to know how many vegetable servings you’re already eating. It could be too much. But regardless, what he said is right. Halving everything you eat will make you lose weight in three weeks. Period.
Whether you can do that isn’t what he was addressing.
Yes, you’re delusional. This isn’t Exhibit A. I think we’ve gone through the alphabet at least thrice at this point.
If you haven’t had any discussion with him, why are you Pitting him?
I’d say “whatever floats your boat” but we’re all getting damned sick of the diet “discussion”.
Yes. All of this. You are obsessing on details instead of paying attention to the big picture. Who the fuck cares if DrF told you to cut all of your food intake in half? Eat less, and burn more calories than you take in. Why is that so hard for you to understand?
Oh for fuck’s sake. No one is disagreeing with the guy, because he offered you some sensible advice. Eat less. That’s it. Eat. Less.
And enough with the diet threads already. You won’t listen to anything anyone says, so just shut it.
I said I’ve hardly had any, not none.
You don’t let me get away with saying things you disagree with so I should be able to call him out on it. I think it is ridiculous advice (halve your vegies) yet people keep on agreeing with him. That’s why I keep it up. Because people keep on agreeing with him. I guess you think I’m supposed to say “yes he’s right! I need to halve my vegies for three weeks!”
No he said “Half of everything, including vegetables, because vegetables include calories” - halve your vegetables (and the rest) for three weeks not simply “eat less”. So you’re saying his halve your vegies adivce is “sensible”. I’d like to pit you too.
By “listen” perhaps you mean “let them change your mind” and they have quite a few times in the past - e.g. about the Warrior Diet (fasting). You yourself haven’t been listening to me sometimes in the normal sense of the word - e.g. your first quote in my post.
I said:
“I agree that I would lose weight but I think cutting your vegetable intake in half is a bad idea.”
Look at what I said quoted myself saying. You misunderstood me.
You’re a fucking vegetable.
At this point, it’s all trolling.
Jackass.
“By trolling, we mean posting of inflammatory comments solely to get a rise out of people”
But I want people to get behind me and disagree with DrFidelius… I wish people wouldn’t keep on getting mad with me.
Weight loss has little to nothing to do with the consumption of “healthy” foods; it’s a simple math issue. You can lose fat by eating nothing but Whoppers for 3 weeks. As long as the caloric total of your day’s Whoppers is less than the caloric total of your day’s energy demands, weight loss will ensue.
In post 17 Trinopus said “Now STFU and go and be healthy”
I neither agree nor disagree. As noted above, I don’t know how much of your current diet consists of vegetables.
And nobody here gives a damn. Dr.Fidelius isn’t the problem here. Your obsessional behavior patterns are the problem. You keep opening post after post, asking questions and then paying no attention to the answers. You need a doctor, and it isn’t for your diet.
Good. If you’re on a healthy diet, and if you exercise moderately, you will lose weight.
Now get to work on the STFU part.
And you’re not going to get anyone behind you because you’re annoying and we don’t give a fuck.
Yeah? Well I want a pony.
…that farts rainbows and poops candy.
You don’t know? Well why didn’t you say so! Well by volume perhaps half are vegetables. They are all low calorie vegetables such as asparagus, lettuce, celery and broccoli. So now you know, do you agree or disagree with DrFidelius? I guess you’d rather stay on the fence.
Well the problem is that people keep on misunderstanding me - e.g. post 28 and 33.
“No” attention? Sounds like an exaggeration.
Well thanks for your advice. I see one once a month for my mental illness.
But then you might think that is evidence that I pay no attention to people’s answers. ![]()

(The belly fat I am concerned about is “visceral fat”)
Damn you! I want the pony!! shakes fist
