Why don’t you eat the fucking Lego figures you were going to get rich selling?
That pony is gonna be so tasty! rubs hands
That doesn’t seem to be in chapter 6’s "Belly Best Food List"™
Its John Mace that I feel sorry for.
Go on… ![]()
You realize he’s not necessarily a real doctor, right?
Belly Fat = band name, maybe in the bluegrass genre. “Put your hands together for Belly Fat!!”
You’re going for a stupid gotcha moment, trying to score points. Nobody cares about that.
Well I did make two Great Debates threads… I was trying to “win” the debates. But apparently they “weren’t really debate threads”.
A debate is an intellectual process where people exchange ideas, with each side taking an active part in listening to the other side, and addressing the points made after reflection. You don’t appear to be listening to anyone except the good Doctor, who you seem to think shits diamonds out of a platinum asshole.
Please show your doctor all of your diet threads.
John Clay,
When I saw your name on this thread, I expected it would be about you:
- making some pointless argument
- ignoring everyone else
- endlessly carrying on
Please note that when everyone else disagrees with you, you should really consider why.
No, it isn’t.
Ahuh
No, I didn’t.
Ok, great! Now we have something to work with! Yes, now I completely, firmly, 100% agree with DrFidelius, and you should too.
Vegetables should make up about 50%, by volume, of a healthy, sustainable diet. If you’re eating 50% vegetables and still not satisfied with your weight loss, you’re eating too many vegetables, along with too much of other stuff.
The reason we tell most people to eat more vegetables to lose weight is we’re trying to replace their other foods with vegetables, and most people don’t eat 50% vegetables. So we’re trying to increase vegetables while decreasing other foods, for a net decrease in calories. If you’re eating 50% vegetables already, you can skip that step. You don’t need to increase your vegetables.
If you reduce everything you eat, including vegetables, by 50%, you will lose weight AND you’ll still be eating, proportionally, enough vegetables.
Whether this is enough calories to sustain you long term is still not being addressed, but it’s a fantastic way to lose weight over 3 weeks.
Yes, definitely fastinating.
You’re welcome. I set it up on a tee for you.
Oh, I thought it would have been obvious really, but it seems I should have known better.
I will try to explain. You see, you have a similar username to John Mace, and as I have seen him post to a recent thread of yours I sometimes got the two of you mixed up. And no doubt that will happen in the future.
The problem for John Mace is that I was confusing him with a moron, and in the future there will always be that little moment of doubt as to whether this is the moron posting or the other guy. Its just not ideal for him, thats all.
I got so excited about the pony that farts rainbows last night that I forgot to respond to this bit.
I have no idea why I merit the special attention of a Pit thread for telling you the same thing everyone else is telling you, but if you feel you must, have at it. I look forward to more riveting discussion on how nobody loves you, everyone hates you, and you should eat some worms.
He should eat half as much worms.
But not fried.
