Look, how many times have people pointed out to you, it ain’t gonna happen? How fucking retarded are you?
Say wha??
I asked my doctor a while ago. He said that stubborn belly fat is one of the last areas that fat is lost from. Well I’m prepared for that… my wife said that she would still be attracted to me if I was really thin everywhere else while I was trying to lose the stubborn belly fat. I asked my doctor if he could refer me to a dietician and have the government pay for it but he said no because I’m not overweight. Over the months I told him that I was eating a lot of diet jelly, etc (“Jello”) in order to have a low calorie diet. I was also trying to walk at least 10,000 steps per day.
As far as how my current diet compares to a typical health professional goes see this:

So I have seen my doctor about it… but I also have been (mostly) following an ebook. The author, Jorge Cruise, has apparently sold about 8 million books and has celebrity clients such as 50 Cent. In his seminars some of his guest speakers are proper doctors. In the back of his ebook he has heaps of cites from scientific journals, etc. I’m not saying that proves his diet works but what about this: today I’m less than 74 kg and that’s the first time that has been the case in several years - yet I’ve been eating heaps and heaps of high fat nuts. My amount of weight loss doesn’t make sense according to the old calories in / calories out formula of weight loss.
That’s not true… I’m interested in the answers of spamforbrains:

As far as your “answer” goes:

You were talking about targeting the fat loss area through exercise which is irrelevant to what I was talking about.
I mean if my belly can’t be completely flat, I want it to at least be quite flat (or have visible abs)
Ok what about this guy:

He was really fat now he has the belly I would like. If he can do it, why is it impossible for me? (BTW I’m currently 162 lbs / 74 kg).
Also my belly fat isn’t actually that visceral like I assumed because I am able to do this type of thing:

You’re posting here rather than going out and burning calories.
Posting burns calories especially when I have an overactive brain.
Forget it Jake, it’s JohnClaytown.
BTW there is another issue with me trying to lose stubborn belly fat - my mum doesn’t want me to lose any more weight. I told her that my ribs weren’t even visible, etc. Then I found out that my dad is 72 kg and is about the same height as me. He has a lot more muscle than me so I said I should be able to at least get to 72 kg. I also said that a lot of the weight I’ve been losing is “false” belly fat which is trapped waste matter. At my parent’s home I had a lot of high fat nuts and seeds, sausages, avocado, eggs, etc, (as well as vegetables). So she should be satisfied that I’m not eating too few calories. I talked to my parents quite a bit about my diet.
He’s his own son AND brother!!!
BTW I asked my dad if I could see his belly. His belly was about as big as mine - maybe bigger - though I saw it front on rather than from the side.
How far did you jog yesterday?
Like I said I tried jogging a bit but haven’t done it lately.
So we can log you down for 0 blocks for yesterday then? This kinda hurts my feelings, I thought you liked me and were willing to trust a little.
(Bolding mine)
If your doctor says you don’t need to lose weight, then what the fuck are you doing?
Wow. OK. I can’t imagine a Jello diet, but if that works for you, have at it.
Great! Perfect. Exercise sounds like just the ticket for you.
Ummm, ok?
Are you actually tracking your calories? There is no “alchemy” that makes some calories count less than others. You have to burn more than you take in, in order to lose weight.
So to summarize, you are ignoring medical advice, and you would like spot reduction, which doesn’t exist. And you would like everyone on the Board to agree that your magical diet will, in fact, help you.
To echo Guin, I want a pony. Well, the kind that goes on a car - a Ferrari to be precise. I’m partial to red, but black is fine as well.
Having body image issues.
I subsided on little more than bread & water for a couple weeks as a poor entry-level public servant. Months of that boggles the mind.
He said that the government can’t pay for dietician sessions because I’m not overweight. If I want to be a male model I’d need to lose belly fat.
I was having up to 3 bowls in a day.
What about this:
I’m tracking my calories a bit but not the exact figure.
My doctor said my diet was good. He didn’t say I’m not allowed to lose any more weight. Though my mum did.
WHEN did I say I wanted “spot reduction” (according to the proper definition of spot reduction)? Spot reduction is about using exercise not diet.
We’ll see how my diet goes…
Let’s get some jogging in too … burn that fat
I think we need some pics. Like before and after pics.
Ambi, IIRC, what the ladies want is more pix of you, lifting.
