I pit expedia.co.uk (very minor)

Yes, I know I didn’t give a valid date when I entered April…because you didn’t have a box for ‘year’!!! And no, your crappy little drop-down calendar isn’t a substitute, it just makes things take far longer for the people who know how to use those number keys over there on the right.

I might be wrong about this but doesnt the little drop down box for the month allow you to keep clicking next until April 2005 appears?

It does on the American site. And the British one had a standard day-month-year setup until recently. Now, you pick ‘April’ from a list (no years available anywhere), and it complains that you chose April '04.

I hear you. Zuji, an Australian travel site, has a similar problem. You can’t select the year of travel–and there’s no drop-down calendar! Makes it impossible to book a twelve-month return ticket.
