One of their bits of advice is to assess people on a scale, for example 1-4 , where 1 = activist, 2 = passive member, 3 = undecided, and 4 = against it. The best place to focus is turning 3s to 2s and 2s to 1s. Don’t piss off the 1s, and ignore the 4s until you have run out of 3s. Little_Nemo’s strategy seems to be to court the 4s by using the language they like to use for shitting on the 1-3s. I don’t think that will be very effective, but then, I’ve been told all my life by conservatives how hysterical I am, so what would I possibly have to contribute?
