Hopefully the Democrats, from the bottom to the top, will take this whipping as a valuable lesson–time to start actually being there for us left behind, rather than just running your mouths about it.
They shouldn’t’ve fucked over Bernie, because Bernie, unlike Hillary, was genuine and cared about everyone, not just the elites. He’d have swept the floor with Trump. But nope - nature forbid the Audi-driving, arugula-eating “progressives” (including them damned “young professionals”) break off any of that inclusion or prosperity for the rest of us: “We’re with HER!”
