I pit WHO fans

(Except for myself, of course!)

Is there any other fanbase that kvetches so much? I think not. The new biopic/documentary came out this week. I’m sure that I could I could make a fortune selling cheese. There is so much whining going on, I need earplugs.

Fuck and double fuck. You guys make me ashamed to be a fan. The movie is in the can. Phone calls to Murray Lerner WILL NOT change anything!. Can’t anyone enjoy it without complaining? Jeebus, you guys take the cake!

Yeah, they can’t even spell the band’s fucking name, fercrissakes. Those asshats.

Most, actually. And I don’t even fully know what “kvetches” means.

Should I have posted ***“I pit fans OF The Who” ***?

Who fans are about as bad as Police and Def Leppard fans when it comes to whining.

I thought you were pitting “fans” of the World Health Organization.

“The Who” is a band; “WHO” is the World Health Organization. See the last post above this.

Quadraphenia was whiny, self-obsessed crap. Yeah, fans of The Who who are blind to that fact tend to be whiny and self-obsessed, but so are fans of many groups, like Nirvana and the later Pink Floyd. The way to deal with them is to tell them to shut the fuck up.

Proof that you’re not a WHO fan…we never call ourselves “The Who” fans.

That has nothing to do with it. Are you a World Health Organization fan? If so, does that have anything to do with Quadrophenia?

[aside] Actually, bb, I never thought the band had “The” tacked on their name, despite the obvious mistakes make by their record companies, and just used the convention in this thread. But Quadraphenia still sucked donkey dongs. [/aside]

I’m sorry. Who were we talking about?

Oh, so close. The correct line is ‘We’re talking about who?’

The first baseman?

Who the fuck are Who?

When you pay off the first baseman every month who gets the money?

I don’t know, but his wife picks up the check.

Are any fans more kvetchy than Who fans?

Yes.

So this isn’t about Dr. Who fans…?
I was going to agree, if it was!

Or WHO-AM in Des Moines, Iowa.
