If you have never heard of him, you haven’t been paying attention. He is the witness to the Dick Ebersol plane crash . I have seen him on at least three different TV news broadcasts and several print interviews. What the hell is he getting out of this? I can not understand why someone wants attention that much. You saw a plane crash, so what. Tell the investigators what you saw and get on with your life. This is not your opportunity to get famous. The whole attitude is so alien to me. I would be running away from the press, not giving interviews. The guy seems to genuinely enjoying himself. Putz (not a smilie).
I don’t see it that way. Seems to me that the networks are at fault here, and who can blame them? A famous network executive survives a plane crash and one guy sees it happen. You think the networks aren’t going to descend on this guy like vultures? Maybe the easiest thing to do is give the press the 15 minutes they want right now rather than ducking them and being harassed non-stop for weeks, and he’ll be able to get on with his life a little more quickly in the long run.
This putz is also selling the pictures he took of the crash scene. He is ready and willing to jump in front of any camera that is put in front of him. He is loving it and he is a putz.
Not aware of anyone else with pictures of this newsworthy crash scene, are you?
For the record, I am not Chuck Distel. 
I would not have noticed anything if I saw the typical interview with this putz in the middle of a bunch of cameras with ten mics stuffed in his face. Without looking for it I saw him on three different news programs giving “exclusive” interviews, usually live. This is not someone who is being hounded by the press. This is a guy who happened to witness a tragedy and is now eating up all the attention. That is why I am pitting him. Apparently I am the only one that this bothers. And Casey1505 you are the only one in the world bored enough to reply.
