Why am I so weak?
I quit, the a couple of years later…here I go again.
Weak? You’re again temporarily using a drug which is extremely high addictivity. It shows strength that you quit at all. You’ll manage to quit. It takes several failures to learn the lessons unfortunately.
Each time I smoke for a shorter duration and quit longer. 9 years last time and quit after 7 monthstwas Jan. of this year. Good thing I can go ‘cold turkey’. Good luck, I’m sure you’ll quit again, it’s a useless habit. later, Tom
ponch, don’t beat yourself up. You aren’t weak so much as the addiction is so strong. I would offer you tons of words of encouragement here, but instead I’ll direct you to my Great SD Smoke-Out Topics and invite you to read through them, as the encouragement in them is beyond what I could ever hope to recreate in one reply here.
