I see stupid people. Everywhere. They’re all around us. You’ve seen them. Perhaps you are one of them. God help you if you are (seeing as you’re here, odds are you aren’t.)
What do I mean by stupid people? Stupid people are individuals who do not commit to moderation in their existance. Left and right wing radicals, feminazi’s, violent racists, criminals, bible-thumpers, and human excrement of all types (the term that comes to mind in white trash, but I’m not limiting my anger of stupid people to whites. Blacks, Asians, and Hispanics are equally enabled to be stupid as well.)
I live near in the same community as stupid people. I observed a pack of stupid people while waiting in my local Eckerd yesterday. There was a pop special, three Coca-Cola brand 12-packs for $7, with an additional $1 in store coupon. An excellent sale. Indeed, I was drawn into town for the expressed purpose of purchasing these pallate tingling soft-drinks at this wonderful retailer. But then there were the stupid people. A gaggle of them; a proverbial flock of idiocy. Four adult erect slugs and an equally large flock of larvae were standing in line, shopping carts full of pop 12 packs. I must note that on the coupon there was a limit of one special per customer, per day. That would indicate that the total take from these eight sub-humans would be twenty-four 12 packs of pop. No. Of course not, because I’m observing stupid white trash in their natural enviroment! Each of these gargantuan pubic lice have a cart with no less than fifteen 12-packs. While that in and of itself is excuseable (perhaps they did not see the bold-type LIMIT 1 PER CUSTOMER, PER DAY printed on the coupon,) when the matriarch of this clan of stupid was told that she was limited to three 12 packs, she became irate and stormed out of the store without purchasing any. The next individual, the seeming patriarch of Clan Idiota, attempted to purchase the same. And down the line it went until there were twelve carts full of pop and not a sale among them. No shoes, no shirts and they wanted to rip the company off. That’s a pack of stupid.
I serve with stupid people. A squadronmate of mine, who will go unnamed, was passed up for an early promotion to E-4 (called in the USAF a ‘Below The Zone’ promotion.) This fellow, who was black, muttered to me that ‘we’ (I myself am an American, of Korean decent) were passed up because we were of a non-white race. Never mind the fact that I was passed up because the woman in our squadron who did get her third stripe months ahead of us had already been overseas for two years while I only had a single one year short tour, and that this other fellow had been Article 15’ed for passing bad checks. No, it was race! Stuipd.
I hear stupid radio and television ads. The ones that stick out in my mind are the anti-smoking ads put on by such mentally challenged groups as TheTruth (www.thetruth.com) and SC’s very own www.rageagainstthehaze.com, sponsored by my tax dollars. I am a smoker. I have no problems with sitting in a ‘smoking section.’ I have no problems smoking outside. I have no problems with not smoking around others who would not like me to.
