I just got back fro a friend’s house where we saw the Lord of the Rings trilogy back to back. Our host even wore an authentic Gandalf wizard’s cloak.
Furthermore, he had a long stemmed pipe he was smoking…and shared with me.
After he had the bowl well lit, he offered it to me. I, a non-smoker, took the foot-long stem between my lips with both fear and exitement, and took a draw.
Warm, sweet/tangy/smoky vanilla filled my mouth, and I blow an impressively thick, creamy white puff.
I stop after three or four puffs because I’m afraid to accidentaly inhale this stuff and cause instant lung cancer or something.
The puffs themselves are sweet, but leave a sour aftertaste.
I hope my Mom dosen’t smell it on my clothes.
