Congrats, dropzone. Now your objective is to rework your résumé to point up those talents we discussed, and start marketing yourself! 
Actually, Poly, Friday is my review and now that they have an HR person who has to justify her existence I have a stack of forms to fill out with all of that “What are your strong suits?” and “Where do you see yourself in five years?” crap you normally only have to make up when you are job hunting. It’s, I hate to say it, a prime opportunity to actually give thought to my path. Going wherever the wind blows may be a good way to go through life but I’ve done it. Time to start something new.
