This is a long shot. Some time ago, maybe in the 1980s, I saw a comedy movie in which there was a scene at a wedding where someone, not a native Engish speaker, was confused by the words “I thee endow”. I think he repeated the words in a foreign accent, saying something like “I dee en-doe”. That’s all I remember about the movie. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
Can we give props to Richard Libertini? Such a great character actor that most people only recognize as “That guy from all those 80’s movies.”
Thanks for the quick answer!
Hah! My family has called the next door neighbors “the swamis”, from *All of Me,*ever since we moved into that house since the father looks like Libertini. My folks have lived there since 1989, and I still don’t know their real name.
You should be able to get by just calling them Mom and Dad
Well - they are rich…?
Is he a fargin icehole?
