What should I do!?
What preventitive actions can I take now? Im scared! It was only a tiny bit of uncooked fish, I didnt notice it till I looked at the leftovers and saw some of the fish (farm raised catfish) was still raw (grey). What parasites could I get?
I read an article once about a guy who ate undercooked fish. The fish had some sort of very thin red worm parasite. He got really bad stomach cramps, they thought he had appendicities, they operated, and when they opened him up they found this red worm crawling around.
I think if you don’t get a really bad stomachache you’re OK. You ought to know in a couple of hours!

But seriously, it’s probably OK. Especially since it’s farm-raised fish. I’d think they could control for parasites in their environment.
We’ll see how it comes out on the other end, thats really the bottom line. I havent vomitted or anything, and Ive been drinking water.
I don’t feel like searching, but I remember reading about sushi some time ago. Probably a thread about it on here.
The conclusion was, that most fish that is used for sushi these days is ok.
I think that, unless you caught your fish yourself, you’ll be alright.
A. Odds are, you’ll probably be OK
B. If you do get sick, odds are that it’ll just be temporary nausea and/or diarrhea.
C. If you’re still sick after a day or two - or, really, at all, to be safe - go see your doctor.
