This happens to me occasionally too. I was standing in line at Arby’s on Sunday wondering when the cashier was going to take my order when she asked the person behind me if she could take his order (I know she was talking to him because he was slightly to my right behind me and she was looking to my right at him, probably wondering why he was standing so far away from the counter). I answered her with my order before he could speak and she looked startled all of a sudden as though I had suddenly appeared out of thin air in front of her. It was funny, but I can see how it could get annoying fast.
I’d love to know the explanation for this. I wonder if we reach a certain point when our aura (or body language, or something) tells other people’s brains not to acknowledge our existence so we just don’t register to their conciousness. I also wonder how I can exploit this?
LOL. Interesting… Well, the only problem is, I can’t seem to control it. What would happen if I went to the locker room and then wasn’t invisible. Or what would happen if I went and then suddenly lost my invisibility mid-way.
Still, it might be worth some experimentation, in the interest of science you understand.
