I put the coarsely-chopped onion and the parsley and the garlic into the ol’ Smart Chopper (As Seen On TV!) and turned the crank round and round and round until they were nice and blended. In with the lamb! In with the salt and peppers! Round and round and round…
I made a little patty and fried it in a pan to test it. Pretty tasty. This afternoon I’ll start some charcoal and cook the mixture on the grill. Maybe I’ll go get some bamboo skewers. I’m pretty sure I have some couscous in the cupboard.
