I am most emphatically NOT switching from Mac to PC. My Mac is my primary machine, and will remain so. As I said in my OP, I am primarily Mac, but still consider myself “cross platform”.
You’ll find that many Mac people also own PCs on the side. I am no different! I definitely encourage anyone to become cross-platform like me. OS X is the bomb!

I don’t agree. I got Dell 1504fp LCD it connects with a vga connector OR a dvi connector. I have an Envision LCD, it connects with a vga connector just like the CRT monitor connected before it.
