I think the best...

mmmm…candy. Big sugar freak here. I’d have to go with Pop Rocks as the candy that most makes me happy. They’re just so wierd.

I’ll back NothingMan on the Nerds, and I’ll even go a step further and say that anything from Willy Wonka is pure sugar goodness. And Swedish Fish. Mmmmm…who needs fillings? As far as chocolate goes, I’m going with Milka. Either the kind with the chopped up Hazelnuts, or the milk chocolate with some kind of milkier-chocolate filling. I’d stand in the chocolate isle in the grocery store in Germany and my eyes would gloss over.

Thanks Osip… I knew someone would agree with me.

I used to collect them when I was younger. Notsomuch anymore. My favorite one was Nermal from Garfield.

Paaaahhhhllleease. I’m 20. And PEZ, I must say, is probably one of the best candies ever made… it’s simple. Not ooey and gooey… you can set it in the car all day long and it doesn’t melt… it comes in a variety of flavors… it’s little and perfect… and has a handy carrying case… Try that with peanut butter cups.

I’ve still got a PEZ dispenser that was given to me in 1972!

  1. PayDay
  2. Hershey’s white chocolate & oreo cookies.
  3. Heath bars

As a Canadian, I have to take exception to that . . .

As a Canadian, you ARE an exception to …

:: ducks and runs ::

Those chocolate covered marshmallow-caramel-peanut things. Delish!

I think this thread would be much sweeter in IMHO.

Baci - chocolate kisses with chopped hazelnuts inside.

I remember Reggie Bars tasted pretty good.

I remember Peanut Butter and Cookies n’ Cream Twix. Yum. Do you remember Fudge Twix? that was good. My favorite now is probably Caramelo or Big Kats.

I don’t know what they’re called and I can only find them in candy stores in those big bins, but they look like little fruit (lime, apple, cherry and banana are the ones I remember). Very cool!
RE: the OP
One of the QA guys at our office collects PEZ dispensers. Fortunately, he also buys PEZ and offers you one (or two or three or…) whenever you visit him. I need to meet with QA a LOT.

grem

GEEEEEEEEEEEZ… I looked all over MDSIMS and I could not find this thread. I was getting panicked because I could have sworn I had created it.

UncleBeer… put your hands up… I know it was you who moved it.

oops… i meant MPSIMS

Is ok Fishe, even if your threads get moved Your still on top of my “woman I would most have a watergun fight with” list\

Osip

Thanks Osip… I can always count on you to be the cherry on my sundae.

No one’s mentioned circus peanuts yet? Not that I’d eat one of them while sober.

My new favorite is cinnamon Altoids. Yum!

gopstoppers
runts
skittles :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, I agree with Osip, too (about the list thing). But it has NOTHING to do with your choice of candy. It does have to do with sweetness, though.

Well, here you score points for liking Garfield.

Well, I suppose I shouldn’t have implied that Pez was just for 5 year old kids. Sorry about that. I like them, too, but they’re nowhere near my favorite. I want my favorite candy to be based on more substantive criteria than “you can set it in the car all day and long and it doesn’t melt”. :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey, they’re fine. Just not my favorite.

Watchamacallit
All right I know that I spelled that wrong but I really do not know where to spell check it.

I love it because I remeber when it first came out and I had one of those comercial moments with my mom.

“Mom, may I have a watchamacallit?”
“A What?”
“A Watchamacallit!”

Anyhow, you get the idea. Also it tastes great it’s all chocolity caramelly and crispy.

Perfect.
