uh no. I do this all the time with my regular toothbrush. I gag a little bit, but i’m used to it. Gives me fresh breath all day.

You can buy tongue cleaners at most drugstores. This might be a cheaper way to go if you are so inclined. I find using the brush works well enough, since I don’t have killer breath.
