Here. Why the fancy moniker for someone who has been banned? I know the temptation in this case was a strong one, but I thought the #1 rule in these cases is to not give them any more attention than they deserve. If other trolls driving by see that label, might that not encourage them? 
Usually we don’t. But this was an incidence of trolling that really was over to top.

We hardly ever do stuff like this - the last time was probably years and years ago. Yes, we try not to call attention to trolls. I thought in this case it might be fun or amusing because the guy had been banned and he was so obvious. I must’ve been crazy. Message boards are deadly serious business and we can’t have people thinking you can make jokes about this kind of thing.
I just think it’s unfair that a mod gets to enter a closed thread and throw one more mocking insult at the guy, but none of the rest of us gets to.
Life is supposed to be fair, isn’t it???

A very important aside:
You know, if someone in real life insulted me with “Hey, you, pig dog!” I’d just look at them quizzically… was that an attempt at an insult?
I mean, maybe if they saw my bathroom and said I was a pig, I’d feel a little shame. But, neither pig nor dog I find insulting. And ‘bitches’ has lost it’s sting now that it’s been appropriated by the trash set, “What up, my biiiitches?!”
So, anyone actually find being called pig, dog, or pig-dog an insult?

My internet detection abilities are not all that great, but I thought that the use of the term “Pig-dog” tipped his hand. Without that, I would have tagged him as a shill (though Monty picked up on a number of things that I missed).
I thought the trollery was above average actually. I had not come across the term “Reptile media” for example.
Eh, I would’ve gone with “BANNED Leader” (off of “Dear Leader” “Great Leader”) instead.
