Ibn Warraq has been suspended for multiple warnings: three in the last couple of months, a total of four in 2012 and six since late 2011. Most of them were for insults or ignoring mod instructions. And while we don’t keep track of mod notes, he’s also received a great many of those the same kind of behavior. Since those haven’t taken effect, he’s been suspended.
