When I was a kid we used tetracycline, but that’s not a treatment listed here.

Looking for a name brand.
I’ve used API’s super ich cure to treat guppies, bristlenose plecos, and loaches (half dose for the loaches). The only time it failed me was in a coldwater tank on a weather loach that was already fairly runty and sickly.
It works fast, especially if you can raise the tank temp to 82+.
