A former contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef Just Desserts now faces federal charges of possession of child pornography in addition to the state charges pending against him.

Morgan Wilson, 38, was indicted by a federal grand jury on Nov. 9, and appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Amos Mazzant on Wednesday on one count of possession of child pornography.

Earlier this month, the West Plano man was charged in Collin County with three state counts of possession with intent to promote child pornography.

This guy was always talking on the show about his son and how much he missed him. shudder.
