The Dutch are indeed the tallest people in the world, on average. Closely followed by the Scandinavian countries, IIRC. I read an article once that attributed height to our good nutrition and healthcare. But I’m sure part of it is just plain genetics: Germanic genes must result in taller people than, say, Mediteranean genes, and it’s been that way for a long time, way before medicine and nutrition were even words. I’m not too tall myself, by the way. I’m 1.86 meters, which is 6 foot 2, if I’m not mistaken. It’s a rather average height over here, and having been to the US, it’s not a tall height over there either.
Well, I’d bitch-slap you again, but then, I’m sure she appreciates the sentiment. Plus, you’re damn right she’s hot.
