Id possible WB cartoon figure--vague description

A co-worker has a cartoon figure (so we suppose), but can not identify it. It looks sorta like Sylvester or at least maybe a cat—black body with white paws/gloves, but I’m not sure it’s a cat. The ears look more like Pluto’s (long and thing), but they kinda go up and over, pointing forward. It has “Warner Brothers” stamped on it, so I’m assuming it was a cartoon figure. Any ideas???

Is it one of these?

Yep. Thanks a bunch! (I’d looked at the Tiny Toons, but didn’t think about Animaniacs.)

I really don’t think it’s Felix, but that’s still where I jumped.

And on preview, ArchiveGuy may be right on what you’re thinking.

But that was the entire premise of the Animainiacs. They were ‘new’ old characters… Locked in the Warner Brothers Water tower never to be released.

Exactly. Supposedly, the Warner Brothers (and Sister) were created in the 1930s, but they were too wild and crazy. Think a mix of Bugs Bunny and Groucho Marx- if they weren’t making fun of something you just said, they were bouncing around like lunatics or hitting you on the head with a mallet. They were locked in the WB water tower, eventually escaped, and now run amok across the studio, much to the dismay of studio head Thaddius Plotz and on-site p-sychiatrist Dr. Scratchansnif.

And just so you can figure out which on is on your co-worker’s desk, Snake-Hips, Yakko wears brown pants, Wakko wears a blue t-shirt and red cap, and Dot wears a pink dress.

P.S. I happen to be from the school of thought that “Animaniacs” refers to not the Warners themselves, but the entire cast of the show as a whole (the Warners plus Pinky and the Brain, Slappy Squirrel, the Goodfeathers, etc.)
