Here’s the scene: Near the beginning of the film, there is a football game and the camera points to different sections in the bleachers.
One section is “Section 8,” which has a crowd of crazy people. (Presumably military Section 8 as opposed to public housing Section 8.)
Another section is “Section Double D,” which has a crowd of bountiful women jiggling around as their cheering the teams.
Any ideas??? I don’t recall any actors, and I didn’t see the whole thing.
Could have one of the too many “Revenge of the Nerds” movies. Google image and see if any of the faces seem familiar.

The movie sounds like a spoof movie.
I realize it’s probably not The Comebacks as that’s a 2007 movie, but it seems like something that would contain such a scene.

I was thinking maybe that pinnacle of cinematic achievement that is H.O.T.S. but I don’t think they had enough budget to make up those signs.
They didn’t need a budget, they had multiple Playmates as stars.
