I’m trying to remember what movie this was. It was a comedy from sometime in the '80s, and took place on (I think, but am not sure) a Caribbean Island that is ruled by a dictator. Elections are coming up, and two guys are standing in front of a pair of posters. One is a picture of the Dictator on a blue background, and the other one is the same picture on a red background. One guy says something like, ‘I’m thinking of voting Blue this year,’ and the other guy says something like, ‘I think I’ll vote for Red.’
