That sounds like him
He got prosecuted for some driving offense and fought it, claiming that one of his secretaries was driving (not Christine Hamilton husband (sic) of Neil Hamilton).
He eventually won the case and said something along the lines of ‘Justice is bought’, which was interesting as he was a solicitor (lawyer).
He lived in or around Holland Park - I often used to see his cars (with the aforementioned NAB number plates) when I was going to and from school.
