ID this nursery rhyme/proverb/thingie

Thia may set a new record for vague recollection. All I can recall is it has something to do with the number of times one sneezes. One means a wish, two means a kiss? Something like that. Anyone got the skinny?

I doubt the veracity of the sourcing since the page includes the long-debunked “ring around the rosie is about the plague” saw, but the wording is pretty close to what I remember. Thanks!
