I need a Jean Claude Van Damme guru! I can’t recall ANYTHING about this movie, but it was popular at the time (late 1980s-early 1990s) and one line stays with me:
“Who do you think you are…Rambo?”
“Rambo was wimp!”
Can anyone ID this Van Damme movie?
I should add I reviewed IMDB, but none of his movies sound familiar! He’s been out of sight, out of mind. If I had to guess, could it be “Hard Target” or “Universal Soldier” where the clue (provided above) appears?
Pretty sure that was Tango and Cash, and a guy said about Stallone “He thinks he Rambo” and Stallone says “Rambo…was a pussy”

Yeah, that doesn’t seem like a very Van-Dammesque thing for him to say in any of his movies around that time period.
