I'd watch anything with _____ in it.

I won’t. I’ll watch anything with Johnny Depp in it, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve seen a single bad movie with him in the cast. Even Nightmare on Elm Street was tolerable.

I didn’t think I’d be the first to mention John Turturro. I’m not at all surprised to find I’m not the first to mention William H. Macy or Harry Dean Stanton.

George Clooney (though I’m a few movies behind), Bruce Campbell, J.K. Simmons.

Kevin Spacey used to have that status for me, but he hasn’t done anything good in years.

I’d even watch Big Brother if he was in it.

And, of course, Adam Savage

It’s on my shelf right now.

Along the same lines: if Tarantino is directing it, I’ll give it a shot.

I watched “Good Night and Good Luck” this weekend. You are in for a big treat!

Wow, you didn’t like The Cooler? I thought that was an awesome movie - William H. Macy was great and Alec Baldwin has really settled into being a wonderful character actor with age.

For me, my major filmgoing vice is Antonio Banderas. I have seen some terrible movies to see him. He’s always good in them, though, no matter what anybody else says.

And also George Clooney, but you don’t have to sit through nearly as much crap to see him.

Has there ever been a movie for you that is done so perfectly that it revolts you? Yeah, that was Macy in The Cooler. He was such a wretched, beat down bastard surrounded by truly disgusting people that I couldn’t stand it. It’s possible for an actor to be so good that he inhabits a character TOO well.

I would watch anything with any of the main guys from Con Air (Nicholas Cage, John Cusack, John Malkovich, Colm Meaney) in it, except Con Air.

Kevin Spacey is a good call, too.

He’d be hot if he’d just shave off that awful attempted goatee. Facial hair doesn’t look good unless you can successfully grow it.
