Ideas/Recipes that use lots of dill seed

I just got a great deal on buying a kilo of dill seed. I’m not sure how I’m going to use it up, though. Many recipes I have found on line pair dill seed with dehydrated onion flakes, which I don’t think I can get here. I’ll pick some up when I visit the US in February, but meanwhile, any ideas besides pickles?

I did find a dip recipe that uses 3 Tbs of dill seed, but that’s with 2 cups mayo and 2 cups sour cream, so I think I’ll only make 1/2 that amount…

I also read that you can grind the seed, which sounds like a great idea, but what could I flavor with the powder? Quinoa or cornbread, maybe? I’m not sure.

Swedish meatballs - the fennel or dill seed (quite similar things) is what makes them so very lovely.

Dill seed is used in some Indian recipes, where you fry those and the cumin seeds before you add in the other ingredients, etc. Even if you find a recipe without dill seeds in it, you can still add them in as a variation. An example would be dal tadkha.
