Identify this Biology Class movie classic

I know that this movie has come up on the SDMB before, but after much searching I cannot locate the thread that mentions it.

I saw this movie in Biology or Health class multiple times. Once probably in elementary school and at least once again in middle school or high school, I believe.

It is about the human body, and is partially animated.

The animated parts are the parts where you’re seeing inside the body, and there are little cartoon characters performing different tasks, like holding shut the valves in the heart, etc.

It might be specfically about the circulatory system, but I think it is more general than that.

If this is too vague, I apologize. I can try answering questions about it if anyone has any…

Sounds like Hemo the Magnificent.

Hey, I liked that movie.

But I was a bit of a geek.

Don’t be ashamed, I liked it too! It’s one of only two “school movies” that I actually remember the name of!

Sixteen in Webster Groves?

(not an answer to the OP, but one I remember)

That’s the one!

I really liked it, too.

Now I’m off to see if it is available for purchase.

SDMB saves the day AGAIN!!!

Thanks, y’all.

And now it’s ordered.

Along with some other things I didn’t really need - the Family Guy “movie,” season 1 of Fraggle Rock, and some others.
