Identify this SF short story/pun.

This is a short story, I think by Asimov, where in the entire plot is a construction in order to give a horrible pun on the lyrics to “Give My Regards to Broadway”.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?

I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t read it, but I would like the name of it.
