Identify this song, pleeeeeze!

Heard this song the other night on the TV show “Sons of Tucson” Episode 3. I have here a 20+ second video clip where the song is played in the background. I have tried searching by what I think the lyrics are, but no luck. Sounds like Joan Jett.
