I’m bemused as to why any should take offense at the PM. I hardly ever check my notifications as there’s rarely a need <stifled sob> but had I seen the PM before reading this thread I would have found it intriguing and amusing. In short, interesting.

Heck, I pranked my wife so much; she ran off with another man (a man with no sense of humor). She took the money and left me the kids. You win some, you lose some. Getting rid of her was the win.

Idle Thoughts pulled a prank. Some people thought it was funny, others were very offended by it. Idle Thoughts has apologized, admitted that it was a bad idea, and has promised not to do it again. That pretty well resolves the issue.
We still have people posting for and against the prank, which is making this thread just go around in circles. Also, people are bringing other issues into the thread, like the Games Room split, which has nothing at all to do with the prank issue.
I don’t see how anything more can be accomplished here.
