If a poll thread gets closed to replies, can you still vote in the poll?

I don’t recall a poll thread with an open-ended poll that has been closed or I would try it.

Just curious.

FWIW, I couldn’t see any votes at first, replied, then could but it was by then closed and I couldn’t amend my post.
